Forms Not working

Looking at the source code of the page

I dont see any form created. If the forms are email froms and should preview and publish. reboot and try again,please lete me know.

Rebooted computer, did it over again.

I see them here, but not when I publish.... ??? ...

Sorry for the delay. The form problem was a bugger. Please delete the old bluevoda and download 6.5.1 from the url below.
