How to add guests info...

I want to create a page where my wedding guests will be able to RSVP through the internet....how do I create a page where they can enter their names, if they are coming or not and press enter...once they press enter, I'd like their info to come straight to my email address...please help!!!

Why don't you look into the possibilities within WordPress?
As a Blog, a number of configurable styles are open to you, and failing that, the use of a Forum would more than satisfy your formatted needs.....

This can also be achieved by the use of a simple form with an equally simple PHP script.
