How to place a flash loading stats bar

Im pretty noob in web design so be gentle with me .

My question is:
I have a html based web site made with BlueVoda and i would like to place a loading bar intro to mi website but i dont know how (i allready heve the flash file).

Can someone help me?

Hi ...

In your blue voda web builder, when you have your page open that you are creating, you will see a fancy f on the left side toolbar, this is used to insert flash files. hope this helps ...

Ths for answer but the question is diferent, my homepage is some kind of heavy so i'dd like to put a flash loader screening the amount (percentage) of recieved page, like "loading ... 57%, 58%, etc.."
