Adding music files

I need some help in adding music files. I am making a family tree website and my sister is quite an accomplished singer and want to include one of her albums. i can't seem to upload the album. Any suggestions on how to do this? The site is www.canaswedes.com/chris.html

How do you want it to be? do you want them to be able to be downloadable? or just play on your site?
First thing, turn those album tracks into mp3 format...

easy, make sure all tracks are MP3, then you can use Blue FTP to upload all tracks to your server
