Using Bookmark In Edit Hyperlink Dialog Box

I need to know how to Set a Bookmark for my website Using the Bookmark Feature In The "Edit Hyperlink" Dialog Box

My Menu Bar Looks Like This:

Home About Us Contact Us Bookmark Page FAQ's Join Login

I want someone to be able to click on the "Bookmark" Link and have it bookmark the page.
