adding boxes to check

Hi there. I wonder if someone might take a look at this page www.bubbeesbeads.org/stemglassrings.html and tell me how I can make a list of photos of rings with a box next to each that the customer can check to make up his set of five rings.(or more).

You could do that using a form - but for it to work with your check-out, you'd be better off looking to see if it's something you can set with your paypal buttons. I do not know if you can do it with the form of paypal you are using.
