Icon seen in Favorites Drop-down List

Some of the websites in my browser's Favorites list have their logo or some other icon next to them. How do you get that to happen?

I have it created and saved. The upload directions didn't look familiar with how the site is developed in VodaHost. The way I did it was inserted an html box and then copy/paste the code they listed into it. I then hid it in the back of my logo.

It said it may take a couple days to kick in so we'll see how it goes. In the meantime, if i did something wrong or ned to do something else or different, I'd look forward to any insight you have.
