How To Add Live Webcam to a Page

Hi there, can anyone help me on what I would need to get a webcam running on one of my pages? I have seen software and freeware but im always weary of these and what they contain! Surely theres a plug in on the bluevoda web page builder or somthing to add a cam!?
I just know exactly what im looking for....please help.....thank you all and i hope to hear from my savour soon...lol thanks :)
