iframe in an iframe

Hi,
I am working on www.masterpac.com/index7.html
It is an enclosed interface with no possibility of scrolling down as per customers wishes.
When I go to www.masterpac.com/contact-form.html the form must scroll down.
My solution was to have index7 in an iframe and contact-form in an iframe within the index7 iframe.
Is there a better solution to this problem?

OK,
I just came across Naval's .php tutorial. Would this be the best way? Would I have an iframe infront of an html box or could the iframe also be an html box. Would it be able to scroll?

Only an idea! Could the form be in a pop up.
Not quite sure if i am understanding the question right.

The form and several other pages need to appear as if they are contained in the original index page.
