How to get page after page to into I-frame?

Hi... on index.com there's an i-frame named index.com/preview.html .. so when the site comes up all's fine..preview.html is in the I frame... So.. How do I direct image links (that are on the index page)... to have their individual items (#1,#2, #3 ..) come up in index.com/preview.html I-frame??...
