importing html

I haven't got bluevoda yet bet i will be getting it soon.
My name is Tom and im a not a pc pro and i woundering, i downloaded a flash template and tryed to import the html into bluevoda but it says

one or more ActiveX controles could not be displayed because either:

1)your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page, or
2)you have blocked a publisher of one of the controls.

As a rusult ,the page may not display correctly.

so what sould i do and how do i unblock it
