Simply want to add the company email to a contact us button so it sends the mail to my catch all email acct. How do I link this correctly?

If you want simply an email link, place ANY button or image or simply a "Mail us" text in your page. Double click on it (if it is text, highlight it) and click on the link icon: Slect Link type, "mailto" and then, in the URL field, asfter the "mailto" add your email address.
