Seeking Form help

I Still haven't been able to fix my form problem on my contact page. People have complained that when they click on one of the fields, they cant see a blinking cursor or an arrow or anything. I've tried to mess with the page properties but i can't seem to figure it out. I'd like to have a white arrow over effect over the dark fields, or atleast to have a white blinking cursor to show where text being typed in will be. Any help would be very appreciated.

Im also trying to figure out how to use the same form but make all the fields required fields before going to the action page that sends the email. Im trying to minimize spam emails or incomplete emails sent on accident. Thanks for any help i get on this.

Both NavalDesign and I have answered this question in your other post.
Double posting will not make the problem go away.

If you delete the form from the page and then start again, without changing anything, then your new form will work properly.

You can then start to experiment on another page with your colors until you get it right.

I did suggest that you download my free form so that you could get some idea of how to protect your form......its still available.
