    Windows Media Player

I have just added a WMP to one of my pages to play some files. Is there a way to have all the tracks on the one player so that you can select a particular track rather than have 6 players side by side holding each individual audio file?

    Thanks for any feedback!

The trouble with sound files is that your viewer has to have the same software format or compatible players to use sound files. I can do this on my hard drive all day long using a disc image, so theorywise.. it should be able to be done, but it may not work with out some licensed software to make it web compatible.

Sound files arent my pet project of late, but i used to run a wav list and i used to use just LINKS to the sounds instead of the players on the website. Dunno if this would work for you or not but might be worth looking at. God i dunno if that website is even still up.. that was um.. <cough> a few years ago.

        OMG.. lolol its still there...

Or, you can have the players in different pages, and only one opened in an Iframe. This example is something i had done for a member some 1 1/2 year ago......

Not quite what you want, but there are loads of free ones like this on the web http://www.myspacetotal.com/flashmp3player
You just upload your files to your server & fill in the boxes on the page above. It will give you a bit of html to paste into your site.
                    Regards Chris.
