Old Pictures

I don't know if this qualifys as the right thread to post in or if there is any thread this goes in but this is going to be hard for me to explain so ill try my best. Here it goes.

Im looking to make some pictures look like old film footage. If that makes sense. Wear its in black in white and kind of blinking. So if you try and imagine an old black and white film all jumpy and flickering then you should understand what im looking for. I hope someone knows what im talking about haha.

I know there is nothing through bluevoda that can do this but im just wondering if there are any sites or a program that I can make the pictures look like that.

Hi, you can create this type of effect using the windows movie maker. (Works well)
