    Text Box Formatting

I'm now on my second day of using BV.

Text boxes don't seem to have much formatting available (I mean the boxes themselves, not the text), what is the usual way of spicing them up? Use an image underneath the box and make the box itself transparent?

That is one way. Some folks stick a shape underneath, move to back, and either fill with a color or image, or make it transparent and use an outline of any width.
The text box itself is just that - a place to contain and insert text, so you really don't want too much multifunction to muck that up when there are other options available to enhance the look..

Hi, you can try placing images & text into tables. It also helps to keep things in order on a page, Especially with text moving around with differant browsers.
