Can anyone help. I've done everything (correctly, of course)
and i just get error 500 pages. Can you view the screen dumps attached and see where I've gone wrong

Is wrong, no one will ever visit this .php page. Your guest book is on a html page. Provide the web page that has your guest book on it.

OK...lets try this again....Where on your website have you inserted the guest book??????????????

vodaguestbook does not exist as a web page, web pages end with .html
