Excel Spreadsheet

How can I get a excel spreedsheet onto my page. I have tried coping and pasting, but I loose all of my borders & lines. HELP PLEASE!! I am new at this, and I need to get these results posted on our website. Any help would be great!!

View as a web page & then save as a web page if all looks ok in your xl program.
A forum seach for XL or Excel would also be good, there are many posts on the subject.
