Detached menue bar

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to detach the menu bar so that it will schroll down with page as you schroll down. Thanks

here's a start for you .. Yes, there are threads on this forum addressing what you are looking for, you might check areas like adding scripts or other elements or even in the menu section .. you also might find something at dynamic drive for doing so too ... www.dynamicdrive.com
