Help! Music needs!!!

Hi!

Im new here (VERY!) and I really cant figure out if it's possible to have a song playing in the background whilst people are on the site.

Is it possible, how do I go about it?

Also... thought I'd see if I could just get it on the site as a playable file, but When I followed Sarah's instructions from another thread, I tried FTP Manager and it asked me to log in when I pressed 'connect'.

I tried to, but it doesnt accept me. Am I supposed to register for something else for it to work?

Im getting a bit frustrated with it all!!!!
