Adding a Guestbook

[Picture Perfect Totes]

I understand the tutorial on how to ADD a Guestbook, but I'm not sure after that, how it works. It doesn't seem to work. When I tested it, it didn't email anywhere. It's not on my website anymore because I didn't want to confuse my customers.

Please Help.
