Drop down menus?

Sorry but I'm a bit brain dead today after playing far too long with the BV software and seem to have forgotten how to produce a menu bar with drop down sub menus! Is there a tutorial on this please?

Is there a way of doing this with the existing menu bar on my site or do I have to use a specific drop down menu?

When I say drop down (I think that is what it is called )- Basically I want to have a simple choice of sub menus so when a visitor to my site(s)hovers over a menu bar he has sub categories to click on ?

all you have to do is look at the list of tutorials, under hyperlinking and it clearly states drop down menus. If you have trouble doing that here is the link that I have:
