Show scroll bars in pop-up windows

From my home page on www.4myfigure.surfwizzard.com, I link to the Fashion page. There are no scroll bars on the pop-up window for FashionP.html . When I click a link on the FashionP.html , it opens up a new pop-up for the new site eg Marks and Spencer, I cannot scroll in the new window.

I have used the following instruction to open the window.
Is there any coding I could insert here.

I found this in one of our friend Navaldesign's posts:
