images still too big -help!

i'm using pixresizer to resize my photos. i have read all the links i could find, following instructions closely & my pictures are still way too big when i insert them into my new page. i have used the recommended size of 600. so, what am i missing? i read not to resize on the page itself due to distortion - what's the deal? help!!! thanks in advance. yes, i have watched it several times to make sure i'm doing everything it says and i believe i am. i'm thinking i need to choose muliple file resize so that i have access to the scroll bar to just shrink the pic down enough. for some reason, when i try to only one pic/file, it won't let me make it small enough. does that make sense? am i missing something i should be doing??? thanks. Laura

Hi Laura,

In PIXresizer, there is a button "Custom Size", in which you can enter width and height, have you tried this?
