mlm members area

Hi, im looking to create a site and im going to have a members area within that site. it will have to be password protected.

As this will be mlm, once i sign up a new member i want to be able to create a *******te site that they can use to refere people and so on.

Also i want to have their sponser displayed with their *******te url also displayed. Also i want to have a link to a page where they can see their downline.

I know this is a lot, but i have seen many sites with this type of set up but i cant find anything that will fulfill what i want.

i will appreciate any reccommendations

try google for the script. I needed one and found hundreds there, mostly free.
