I have problems with video, please help me.

Hi, my name is Michael. I just published a new page but my video on it doesn't play and gives me a question mark over the Quicktime icon and not all of my images didn't show up. Also one of my older pages, it doesn't play the whole video anymore. I tried change my settings on Quicktime and Windows Media Player but it didn't help much and I also tried refreshing my page about several times but no change. Can you guys please help me fix this problem?

Does anyone have the same problem with video or audio on their site? I tried everything what I could think of fixing the video on my page. Please give me any advise to fix this.

I just thought of turning my video into a flash movie and I hope that will work.
