I would like to add a discussion forum to a website. Preferably one that I can customise. Does anybody have any suggestions on where to get one?

In cPanel you can install phpbb 2.0 via Fantastico. There are alternative solutions that are not available in your cpanel such as phpbb 3.0, vBulletin, IPB, and there are about 50 other free and commercial forum scripts out there you can install on your website. The ones I specified can all be customized.
