rotate tool?

Quick question, we have uploaded a photo, but can't find a tool for turning it (clockwise or counter clockwise). Right now the image is sideways. We don't need to flip it, we need to turn it. Any thoughts?

Might I suggest that you use your photo program to get the image in the direction you want - and then upload it? You should also be using photo programs to size the image properly for loading times.
