Adding html/createCSS

I have just started building with blue voda; and here is my first question..
I want to create CSS style site; when I right click on page and go to page html I see tabs...does this mean that if I want to add to head area then I select the head tab and add the code for CSS??? and if you want to add html elsewhere you select body, etc???there is no certain order the code needs to be added?? we can add code but not edit or insert code in the area displayed at the top where the html for the page is displayed??

BlueVoda has built in css support for hyperlinks. BlueVoda is a HTML generator
not a HTML editor. It is not designed to enable the editing of HTML. Yes you can
add HTML code via the methods you outlined.
