Editing Menu bar?

I would like to have the words "Consumer Electronics" fit on a menu bar, is that possible? Also, how can I get rid of the logo or small emblem which is on the menu bar?

Please watch the tutorial- you can go in and select from MANY different designs for the menu bar. You can change the size text you put on any of them - I'm not sure if any of them will fit the entire phrase you want- even at small type.

But you can make your own menu bar images also - so if you can't find one long enough - then we have a thread on how to make and add your own images to the files, also.
