wmf picture

I am having trouble downloading a picture from Microsoft Publisher 2000. It appears to be a wmf, which I don't know what this is, as I was seeing if it was a jpg or gif picture. I click on copy and place the image into my folder for images in blue voda. Then on my web page I click on the link for inserting a picture and I can't get it to come up. I can see the file for the picture under *txt* and not in the jpg or jif category. I didn't change the name of the picture so I couldn't mess up the suffix on the name but it still says, cannot load image. Can anyone give some advice? thanks

Hi .. it appears that you will need to open this file in a graphics program and save it then as a .gif or .jpg ...
