How do I add a pdf document to a page so they can download it from a webpage by clicking on a PDF icon and "save target as" to download and save the file?

Just upload the file to the server and use the icon to link to it.

1) upload the .pdf to your public_html using BlueFTP

2) Create a hyperlink on your webpage as the follows. When somebody clicks on the below hyperlink the download will auto start.

YourDomain.com/FileName.pdf
