Tempremental Objects

Hi there

I have recently relaunched my website. On my blog and guestbook page I have my main site design and then my blog showing in a frame using object tags. The problem that I'm having is that some times it shows and sometimes it dosen't. I would really appreciate any advise anyone has on why it is doing this. To look at the code it is
