Floating Panels

Hi All,

I have just updated one of my sites and I wish to add a floating panel when the link "Tell a Friend" is clicked on my homepage:

http://www.finditbuddy.com

I want the panel to have the ability for the user to add their name and email and also their friends name and email. I then want an automatic template email to be sent to the friend informing them of our services via the users email.
1. Is it possible to add a floating panel?
2. Is it possible to add the content above?

Thank you for your reply but I think the new BlueVoda V10 has addressed the problem.
