If www.fredpublishing.com is the addon you would publish to:
public_html/fredpublishing
Your index page must be named and published as " index " no upper case allowed.

Thanks but that's what i've been doing.
1) logon to ftp maneger
2) click to select public_html/fredpublishing
3)drag from left, index.bvp to the right

But it does not publish this index page. if i publish another page to this folder. it publishes alright. I named it "index" with no upper case.
What else could be wrong. Please help me.

You cannot ftp a .bvp file. It must be published from the BV web builder interface.

In the page title (not name) you do not need to use the underscore. It's OK to have spaces in the title.

Sorry to gatecrash this thread but might be still relevent. Do you know if you can populate a basket with several items and then checkout with paypal in one go.

You must have a button for every item in PP. However, you can have more than 1 item in an order if you use the "Continue Shopping" option.
