Creating archives

Hi guys,
I'm from South Africa and your website builder is absolutely helpful to me. I didn't know anything about building websites before I "Stumbled" upon your address and now I'm almost a pro. I want to know how to create archives; I have a daily column that i send out 2 people & need people to be able to read previous issues on my website.

You can use a mysql database and php to store all your articles, and then you can display them all in order they were added, or by any other way you want (date, title, etc)

1) create a page called "archives" and organize it by date and or category.
2) Give each article page its own url .....example

etc.....

3) When the article is to be archives simple add the article URL to your
archive page with a brief description.

Repeat the above forever.
