can anyone help me with- Add a file to the root directory of your website
i think i am missing something?
done this before but its not working. help

your root is the public_html part of where you publish to. What type of file are you trying to place in the root directory.

yes, just upload it to it's directory .. public_html if the site map is for your main domain .. if not, then upload to your add on domain ..
