Hi,
I would like to create banner and post it to different sites as an exchenge for letting people to have banners on my site, as being a total novice in building sites I would like to ask if allowing banners on my site will slow down or improve access to my website.
Also I need advise how should I create the banner and what it should contain and how to post it to other sites.
