I couldn't get it to play at all. I was prompted to install QuickTime and I declined.

Windows Media is what I use. Isn't Quick Time more of a Mac tool?
Another choice is to download to YouTube and then embed the code on your page. When downloading to YouTube videos are converted to a flash based media which will load much faster.
        Here's an example.

These videos were taken on a phone so Quicktime is what it uses to download to the puter.....personally I dont like You tube....whats your impression of it? Did I tell you I dont like Myspace either. :)
Can I change the videos to Windows Media? :)

yes, unless the viewer has quicktime installed on their computer the .mov file will not open ..

It is best to convert to a .wmv file

You will need to find a converter to do this if you do not already have one .. and then insert your video using the windows media icon in blue voda ..

Quicktime is the player required to play .mov file extensions (files usually coming off digital cameras) and should be converted to .wmv for quicker loading and the fact that everyone pretty well has windows media player installed on their computer ..
