quick time movies needs resized

I am adding QuickTime movies to my website and all of the movies are too big for the box. I didn't see a way to change the size of the movies with PixResizer before I added it. You can't see anything but his mouth in the one QT thing and before it was a graphic of his entire head and face.

Resize the box, or alter your coding.. since we cant see it cant tell you.

Resizing the box really isn't going to be the answer. I only want something probably 75 x 25 at top most--not the monster thing!
