Open Iframe

Hi, how do I open links in a iframe with the Tab Menu?
I know how to make it in a HTML-window, but I want it in another way.

Can't I just put some code in "target"?

I've tried...

With a tab menu placed on your I frame page .. targeting to "self" will open new page in the I=frame. Hope that helps... Doug
