Enable gif files to download from my Website without Right clicking

I would like visitors to my site to be able to download individual gif files from my site without having to right click to save them to a desktop.

I would like the file to download once the user has clicked on the gif.

How do I set this up?

I have seen threads on zip files but not individual gif files.
