Creating in different language

Hi everyone! It's my first post on the forum and I've just started building my "perfect" website :) However, there is a little problem I experience at the moment: I can't really write text in Polish language. I would like the pages to be built in two languages: in English & in Polish. There are some polish letters /special characters/ but not all. Please help if you can :) How to make the BlueVoda builder compatible with polish language? How to make sure the website will be readable after publishing?
