To create a site like this will involve a lot of work & scripting. Might be worth a look at Tee shirt affiliate or promo sites. Many sites have the software at their end & you just have a bit of code to have it on your site & you will then work off a commission. Only an idea.

another option that you may want to look at since this is a flash website is koolmoves.com
