How do I upload flash slide show?

No one wants to talk about MS movie maker do they (joke!!)So after waiting for days.........aah! I decided to try somthing else and downloaded flash Slideshow. Now I just need to know how to upload the file to the BV website when it is made on the BV website. Do I just use the flashplayer icon as if it is a Flash file?
