help please with placing html code

I want to place the search box on my index page [website below, under my name] under the last navigation button. I can see on the page's html code where the code should go but I don't know how to insert it there.

The code is now under Beginning of Body. End of Body would seem logical but I'm an html novice and don't want to muddle things.

The search code you are using, I assume, has its own script, and you would need to EDIT it to adjust the positioning of where it appears on your page.

Ok.. you are using google search yes? Look in your forms manager for the BV version of this and postion it where you want it like the other elements.

You can also place the code in an HTML box and POSITION that as well

Can you recommend a good site with html instruction? I'm far from anywhere a course would be given, and that would be in Portuguese or Spanish. Books seem out of date by the time they hit the press.
