As i'm having a fixed background using script i need my background to be hosted in order for it to be html. but every hosting site seemes to resize the image smaller... the size i ant my background to be is 1280X853 everywhere seems to resize it down. :( does anywhere know how i can host a large file.

Open your BV FTP & connect to your server. You will now have a split screen with a list of computer files on the left & sever files on the right. Find you image file on the left & drag it over to the right. The image file is now on your server. Or you can just publish a BV page again with a file upload box on the page with your image file attached. (This is the green & blue earth symbol with a green up arrow)
