Go to google and search for Favicon Generator. They will tell you what to do. When favicon has been generated save it and then upload it via your ftp and drag/plonk it with all the pages of your site. With Internet Explorer, it may take 24 hours to display.

I am using the favicon link inthe html with BV.

www.kortia.com had a K as the favicon and I had www.houstonfence.ws ( a new site I am building) and used a hammer as a favicon.

now every single page on www.kortia.com has a hammer! how did I manage this one? I thought you had to put the favicon on every single page with the html and I never changed one single page on kortia.

I looked at the code on several pages on kortia and it says the correct file.

any help is greatly appreciated!

I just found the hammer file in my kortia files..... I must have accident FTP it. disregard/
