scrolling down

I'm having trouble with my sliding menubar on my published website.

I have trouble scrolling down the options on the bar, when they extend below the visible webpage.
when I scroll down the menu options disappear!
How do I make it so that I can scroll down the menu below the visible webpage

Menu>View>Page Properties> & increase the page length.
