Trouble with adding gallery

I want to add gallery to my site but it seems I have a problem . I want to publush the pictures as a gallery with different folders with different content . So I know that I nave to make new page for each folder` content but isnt there another way and can someone explain me about the linking of the pages togheter? I mean naming the page with its URL that I think of and at the end linking them all making my full site
